18 months old

So be prepared for a picture overload. I just couldnt pick which ones to post so I did all of them. We just took them to the doctors for their 18 month appointment. Josh was 22lbs and 31.25"(10th%), and Taylor was 25lbs, 32.5"(50th%). I cant believe they are 18 months old. Its just crazy. They are so much fun. They chase each other around the house just laughing hysterically, they say a ton of words and sign a lot too. I just never could have imagined the true joy motherhood would be. Every time I think I am going to loose it I just think to myself, "One day I will want canola oil all over my floor when they are away at college and never call." And, yes, that really happened. Josh got in the pantry unscrewed the canola oil lid, and dumped it. That is just one of many adventures we deal with on a daily basis. Life is never boring.

My Cute Boys!

So I decided it was probably time for a post. I am sort of a slacker. I check everyone else's blog but unfortunately never update mine. I just feel like our life is not to exciting. Here are a few pictures from the past little while

The boys love giving hugs now. It is the cutest thing EVER. Josh does it the most. He literally probably gives me 100 hugs a day. I love it. He just will stop playing, come over and give me a couple hugs and then go back to playing.

Josh always burros himself in his blanket. I just thought this was the cutest thing. He always has to have a hold of his puppy and panda bear. Notice his little hand holding his panda bear.

Lonnie and I thought this was so funny. He is watching TV (the disney channel, dont worry). He was just lounged out with his remote. He has no idea how to use it but we just thought it was so cute.

Both boys love sitting in dads wheelchair. The minute he is out of it they jump up in it.
We just got the boys pictures taken. So, I will post those soon.

Easter

Here are a few pics from our Easter weekend. It was a great one and it was so much fund for the boys to be old enough to kind of understand it. They absolutely loved hunting for easter eggs and they loved all the presents and candy they got.

Easter Morning, finding their baskets!
Taylor had stretchy lizards in his eggs. They love them and do the lizard tongue all day long.

Josh found one!

My handsome boys!!

Its pretty good we got them both looking at the camera. We consider that success when they are both in the shot. Both smiling is extremely rare. They were much easier to take pictures of when they werent mobile.

It was a great weekend. We spent lots of time with family and it was great to see everyone. They boys are growing up way to fast. They are both crazy all over the place and they are starting to say more and more words every day. The last few weeks has been rough, both of them have had RSV. Josh has to get tubes put in his ears next week and possibly his annoids(not sure how to spell) removed. So, if we can just get through that maybe we can breathe.

Last Minute Trip

Last weekend we decided last minute to take a trip down to St. George and Vegas. I was in desperate need to have a change of pace, plus we all needed a little sunshine. It was so nice to be able to go out side and not bundle everyone up in coats and hats. We could actually go for walks and play in the park. It was so much fun, I really didnt want to come home.
We spent one day in vegas just hanging out. We went to the Mirage Secret Garden. They have white tigers and lions and dolphins. My boys LOVE animals so the were in heaven. They spent probably 45 minutes just watching the dolphins. The lions and tigers didnt thrill them as much because they couldnt see them very well.

Josh is trying to unbluckle Taylor. They are very good at team work.

Looking at the dolphins

Josh playing at the park

You can tell they loved this dinosaur. They barley stayed on long enough for the pic.

This was their favorite thing at the park. They love balls. It was one of the first words they signed and now they mostly just say it.

This is Taylor making the dolphin noise. When you see him putting his had in the air he is signing fish.

Our boys love to dance but it seems Taylor is the one who wanted to perform for the camera

It's fun to see when something finally clicked in my brain
