To Blog or not to blog

As you can tell I have been quite the slacker at blogging. Life has been crazy and blogging is the last of my priorities. Plus, I mostly feel like not to many people read it. Not that Im complaining but, really is this whole blogging thing worth it? Not really sure, but here are a few pics of what we have been up to the last few months until I decide.

Josh has been why we are so busy. He has been having major health issues. For the past few months it seems like his as been at the doctors 1-2 times per week. Since he was about 1 year he has been screaming for 4-5 hours EVERY night saying his chest hurt. He also screamed all day long and wasnt eating. He kept loosing weight, at 21 months he was barley 21 pounds. The doctors at primary's tested him for reflux, celiacs, parasites, just about everything. Everything pretty much came back normal except he has a major milk allergy. So we took him totally off of anything dairy and it didnt help at all. The doctors at primarys told me there was nothing else they could do with him and to take him to a sleep doctor. Two different pediatricians told me the same thing. One actually told me he was having nightmares. Lets just say we no longer go to him.

After months of this I finally took him to a allergist. It turns out he is allergic to Wheat, processed sugar, msg, nutrasweet, corn, and peanuts. Since we have taken him off all of that he is a different baby. He has slept through the night since and he doesnt scream all day anymore. YAY! The diet is a bit of a challenge but, really it just takes getting used to. I actually feel blessed that we finally diagnosed it and it wasnt something worse. Just seeming him get to the point of screaming at the sight of a doctors office and going through so much testing, that was enough for me. The thought of having a sick child literally tears my heart out. So we now eat extremely healthy.

Other than that we are all doing pretty well. Lonnie has been staying so busy at work, which is such a HUGE blessing. We are so truly blessed.

The boys basically say everything now. They are saying about 3-4 word sentances. They know probably 10-15 letters, Josh can spell his name, they both know their colors and shapes. I cant believe how fast they are growing up. It doesnt seem like they should be doing all of these things but they are. They are getting more and more fun everyday. I am just waiting for the terrible twos. Secretly I am hoping that my children are special and they skip that stage.

Well, here you go. Be prepared for a picture overload!!

Taylor @ Gardner Village. They love pumpkins

Taylor @ Gardner Village

Josh; all sprawled out and relaxed on dad. They have recently figured out how to climb up on Lonnie. They also like to jump on his feet so his muscle spasm and it bounces them up and down.
Taylor; not so sure about that giant spider
As you can see my boys dont like to pose. They were both trying to escape.
The boys will no longer ride in their stroller. They have to walk every where. They other day at the zoo they literally walked the entire zoo. I was exhausted and they were still going strong. So the rule is, they have to hang on to dad. They do really well. Josh has gotten his toes ran over quite a few times but he just gets annoyed more than anything.
All the boys watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
At the zoo. Taylor is soaking Josh.
Their favorite form of transportation
Grandma and Taylor; Notice the cute baby giraffe
Notice the baby elephant. He was my personal favorite

The boys new scooters. They are amazing on them. It took them about five minutes and they were pumping away on them down the driveway.

Lonnies birthday. Since he cant unwrap presents I decided to wrap the boys in the presents. Sometimes I feel it to be pointless to wrap the presents and then unwrap them myself (no offense Lonnie, Love ya!!)
Taylor was so proud
Taylor just being crazy little Taylor!
Josh watching Mickey. I promise my kids dont watch TV all day. Just when I am getting Lonnie up and dressed in the morning they watch Mickey.
